Before you change anything
Ask the adult who manages the purchases to help. Pazu says to use the same Apple ID or Google account that made the purchase. This wiki cannot view receipts, restore content or determine your eligibility.
Pazu’s documented route
- Open the Pazu game in which the purchase was made.
- Open Grown Ups. In Account, sign out of the current Pazu account if needed.
- Return to Grown Ups and choose Restore Purchases.
Follow the publisher’s current support page if its instructions change. Restoring a purchase is not a promise to restore a deleted world or lost local progress.
When you need the developer
Prepare the device type, installed version, purchase platform, affected pack and a brief description of what happened. Share payment details only through the appropriate official support process, never in a public comment or on this wiki.
A few good questions
Can the wiki restore my game world?
No. The documented procedure concerns purchases. It does not establish a world-save recovery method.
Should I buy the missing pack again?
Do not repurchase solely because it is missing. Ask the account holder to review the official restore and support options first.
